With a single probe, the multiparameter meter can control up to 14 relevant water quality parameters. The multiparameter meter HI 9829 is robust and waterproof, and has been specially designed for outdoor measurements. The large graphic display, with backlighting, allows for easy handling. To ensure long-lasting use, the portable multiparameter meter is supplied with a maintenance kit, consisting of an electrolytic solution for the dissolved oxygen sensor HI 7042S, 5 gaskets for the dissolved oxygen sensor, a small brush, 5 gaskets for the multiparameter probe, and a syringe for lubricating the gaskets. The portable multiparameter meter also has different probes in addition to the standard probe, so it can measure the turbidity of the water sample, for example. Additionally, there is a standalone probe, which means it stores and measures values autonomously at a programmable interval through the meter, and can be read later. You can also leave the probe unattended while it measures and stores the measured values. Of course, a combination of all these features in a single probe is also possible. The portable multiparameter meter HI 9829 has a 12-channel GPS system, which allows for global geographic coordinate calculation, with a location accuracy of 10 meters. The calculation of geographic information along with the measurement values can be visualized immediately or retrieved later. This allows the user to take multiple measurements in the same location and compare them accurately with each other. Each model has the exclusive Hanna Fast Tracker identification system (Tag identification system), a fixed sample point identification system. You will find more information in our technical data. Therefore, the portable multiparameter meter combines high technology with intuitive and simple handling.
