The MINERVA centrifugal sifters They are used when high productivity is necessary, and two types of sieving can be carried out in them:

• Separation sieving of different granulometries of bulk product with poor flow properties, difficult to sift due to their high moisture, fat or static electricity content.

• Safety screening of the finished product to eliminate possible impurities.

Used in industrial sectors such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, etc., they are suitable for a wide range of products such as flours, sugars, ceramics, varnishes, pigments, plastics, etc. It can separate particle sizes from 75 microns to 5 mm.

The product to be sieved is transported inside the cylinder by the feed screw and is distributed over the entire surface of the sieve by means of the centrifugal blades. The rotation speed of the blades creates a centrifugal force that causes the product to pass through the mesh. Coarser particles or impurities are discarded. The speed and blades can be adjusted according to the type of product.

Manufactured in AISI-304 or AISI-316 stainless steel upon request. If the sieve is to work in areas classified as potentially explosive atmospheres, it is manufactured accordingly and ATEX documentation is also provided. Equipment suitable for pneumatic transport (pressure +0.8bar/suction -0.5bar). Available with direct drive motor to the shaft, or with side motor (ML series)
