The Shore testing station PCE-OS-2 is ideal for incoming goods control or for the final inspection of finished injection molded parts. Due to the constant measurement weight (depending on the plastic Shore A, Shore D, or Shore O), reproducible measurement results are achieved, thus minimizing application errors. After adapting the standard durometer to the support of the Shore testing station, measurement can begin. The Shore testing station presses the hardness test under constant pressure against the durometer. The measurement result is displayed directly on the durometer. The high-quality Shore testing station PCE-OS-2 is made of steel and aluminum. Thanks to the adjustable length of use of the testing station, small and large test pieces can be measured. The great advantage of the Shore testing station PCE-OS-2 is the exclusion of all external influences on the measurement (for example, due to different personnel conducting the test at incoming goods or in production / due to the oblique placement of the measuring device ...).
