Wood Moisture Detector FMD6

Wood moisture detector FMD

for absolute moisture of wood, building materials, and paper,

automatic temperature compensation,

internal memory, data interface for PC, software

Microprocessor-controlled building materials moisture detector used to determine the absolute moisture of wood, building materials, and paper. To do this, the building materials moisture detector has an electrode that can be inserted into or onto the material to be measured. The device corrects the measured moisture value in real percentages considering the preselected material and temperature (absolute moisture). Exceptionally, the device contains calibration curves for numerous types of wood. The user can also program ten additional calibration curves in the building materials moisture detector. The FMD has a memory capacity of 75 protocols with 1000 measurement values. Each protocol contains indications about the material to be measured and a statistical summary with the reliability range (real-time clock and date). The stored measurement values can be transmitted to a computer with the sending software for further processing. A temperature sensor can be connected to the building materials moisture detector for automatic temperature correction to determine the moisture content of wood and paper. The FMD is used by professionals who need to perform quality control of moisture measurements of different types of wood, paper, or building materials, determine them, store them, and evaluate them on the PC.
