The PCE-TG 50 is a compact thickness gauge for metals, glass, and homogeneous plastics. This thickness gauge works with an external ultrasonic probe that makes ultrasonic waves penetrate the object to be measured. Different materials transmit ultrasound at different speeds; therefore, you can adjust the ultrasonic speed in the thickness gauge. With this thickness gauge, you can detect the thickness of metals, glass, plastics, and other homogeneous materials in seconds. The operation of the thickness gauge is straightforward through the seven keys. You can calibrate the meter on-site thanks to the integrated calibration block. All measurement values can be transmitted and analyzed using the optional software. Additionally, the software offers the possibility to export data to Microsoft Excel.
