Force test stand for tensile testing / stress-strain diagram preparation / different versions / regulated DC motor / break detection / variable test speed / force control / complex configuration options.

The force testing station is suitable as a device for tensile testing. Therefore, it is used with the help of a force testing station, a standardized method for determining material characteristics, such as determining the yield point, tensile strength, elongation at break, and other characteristics by applying the force testing station. 

As previously mentioned, the tensile test is a standardized and destructive procedure used for material examination, using standardized samples with a defined cross-sectional area subjected to extended force and fracture.

The expansion of samples using the force testing station is carried out without impacts and with a regular force increase. The force testing station offers the possibility to determine the yield limit, tensile strength, and elongation at break of the tensile sample among others. After measurement, the force testing station sends detailed results, which are transferred to the software as a stress-strain diagram. In this diagram, the obtained values as well as the characteristic magnitudes of the materials are clearly read.
