tachometer for measuring revolutions with or without contact

The portable handheld tachometer is used for optical or mechanical speed measurements. This portable digital handheld tachometer PCE-T236 is optimal for establishing the revolutions of machines, parts, and rotating installations (for example, on conveyor belts, motors, and belt-driven mechanisms...). Non-contact measurement is performed using a reflective tape that adheres to the rotating part, while contact measurement is carried out using a mechanical adapter with a head or measuring wheel included in the shipment (see photo). The handheld tachometer features a switch for range selection and memory for MAX and MIN values. It is delivered ready for use (the case includes measuring wheels and a battery).
