The contact tachometer PCE-DT 66 is a digital meter powered by a battery. This contact tachometer has several adapters allowing for different types of measurements. It also has an extension that connects to the various adapters, allowing measurements to be taken without exposing the tachometer to hazardous areas while measuring on machines. The contact tachometer is ideal for measuring revolutions in machines, parts, and installations (motors and timing belts). Depending on the unit you select, you must use the appropriate adapter. The contact tachometer features a backlit display, allowing measurements in poorly lit environments. This way, you will always know the measurement value. The contact tachometer measures directly on the object to be measured. The mechanical measurement of revolutions is done through a contact tip, which is placed on the rotating shaft of the part.
