The PCE-OM 15 stroboscope has the possibility of an external trigger. Additionally, this stroboscope works with a 6500 K xenon bulb and a multiplication switch x2 and x½. A single flash from the stroboscope illuminates the moving object for a brief moment. But if the succession of flashes is rapid, then the human eye processes the moments of illumination as a continuous image. The effect of the stroboscope can be compared to a movie: The rapid succession of individual images forms a movement. This allows you to see with the handheld stroboscope things that you could not detect optically. The microprocessor-controlled stroboscope is powered by 230 V and is ideal for monitoring revolutions in transmissions, motors, etc., and in general for maintenance and preventive inspection. It is not necessary to stop machinery and installations for them to be checked, thus saving time and money.
