The stethoscope diagnoses vibration problems through FFT analysis and is therefore suitable for the early detection of fluctuations in machines or installations. The search and determination of faults are carried out directly with the stethoscope in the factory. With this equipment, you can carry out all basic vibration analyses in the field of preventive maintenance. No additional software or hardware is needed. With the included headset, vibrations can be transmitted acoustically to the human ear. This method is by no means obsolete. In the measurement of bearings or rollers in slow operation, it will quickly detect faults.
