A gemological refractometer is used for the determination of gemstones. Our gemological refractometer RF.5381 is calibrated at a constant temperature of 20ºC. Refractometers are generally used for the determination of solid or liquid matter or for concentration measurements in liquids. For this purpose, the refractometer can be used in a mobile manner. It is portable, although it should ideally be used on a table.
