The rubber thickness gauge is an easy-to-use meter according to ISO 23529 standards. The ISO 23529 standard determines the general procedures for the production, measurement, characteristics, storage, and conditioning of elastomers. The thickness gauge has been designed to determine the thickness of rubbers and similar materials. Thanks to its lifting device, the thickness gauge is very easy to handle, even for untrained personnel. High reproducibility of the measurement value is achieved thanks to a constant measuring force. The thickness gauge is ideal for materials with an IRHD hardness of ≥35. With another probe, IRHD measurements <35 can be performed.
