The PCE-MO 3001 milliohm meter is designed for measuring resistance in very low measurement ranges. This milliohm meter operates with the 4-wire measurement method to exclude errors in the measurement lines. With two conductors, this device allows a stable current to flow through the object to be analyzed using a constant current source. With the other two conductors, the voltage drop is measured. Since this milliohm meter works with 6 different measurement ranges with three distinct measurement currents, you will be able to obtain accurate results over a wide measurement range. One typical application is measuring resistance in coils and generators, contact resistance of switches and relays, and continuity testing of systems with a ring network. Thanks to the measurement current of up to 1 ampere, it is possible to determine very low resistances. The milliohm meter is suitable for portable use as it comes with a transport case with an internal battery. Test leads are included in the case. This meter offers many advantages, such as its large LCD screen, its large keys that provide easy, fast, and above all, safe use. An internal protection circuit prevents excessive heating of the resistance meter. The milliohm meter always comes factory calibrated. As an additional option, you can request laboratory calibration that meets ISO standards with the corresponding certificate.
