The LM 10 luxmeter is an innovative device for determining the quality of light sources. Its universal application makes the LM 10 luxmeter a versatile analyzer for lighting. In addition to the probe for measuring illuminance in the visible range of 480 to 660 nm, included in the LM 10 luxmeter shipment, other probes can be used for measurement in the infrared range of 800 ... 1100 nm, for the ultraviolet range 200...370 nm, for color temperature, or a probe with 6 selective spectral bands. Depending on the connected probe for a specific illuminance, the LM 10 luxmeter displays the flicker of the light source in percentage and the corresponding frequency. The flicker frequency can be heard as a sound signal through the integrated speaker in the LM 10 luxmeter. To ensure the flicker frequency can be heard in noisy environments, a headset can be connected to the LM 10 luxmeter. The multifunctional and bilinear display of the LM 10 luxmeter shows the current value, information about the recorder and battery status, as well as connected probes and acoustic reproduction. The LM 10 luxmeter display features a backlight.
