Test stand with lever for reproducible hardness tests with glass base plate.

This testing station is suitable for Shore hardness checks of plastics, leather, etc. The testing station has high measurement accuracy due to the hardness of the glass base plate. The construction of the testing station allows for precise measurement movements. The testing table is levelable for non-homogeneous test objects. The testing station is easy to operate, where the HB durometer is used in a suspended position and the object to be checked is placed on the round testing table just below the measuring tip. By applying force on the lever, the measuring tip is applied in a specific manner to the object being checked. The accuracy of the measurement result with this testing station is approximately 25% higher than with a manual measurement.
