Water-resistant digital refractometer to determine the percentage of 

inverted sugar of 0 ... 85 % by weight

The digital refractometer is a handheld, waterproof meter for determining the sugar percentage with a measurement range of 0 ... 85 % by weight. The large LCD screen of the digital refractometer displays the measurement result and the temperature of the material to be measured. The measurement of inverted sugar is done quickly and easily, with just two drops of the liquid sample. The funnel-shaped stainless steel ring protects the glass prism from mechanical damage and facilitates the application of the liquid sample. The digital refractometer is used from the collection and sorting of fruit to inspection and quality control. Other areas of use include: ingredient control in the food industry under compliance with various regulations. The internal light source allows measurements to be made in artificial light conditions without measurement errors.
