The SMS unit has been designed for the neutralization of corrosive and toxic fumes developed during oxidative mineralizations and other processes.

The system for the neutralization of fumes Scrubber SMS, combined with the suction pump JP, can ensure the reduction of acidic gases thanks to a triple action: condensation, neutralization, and absorption, allowing the disposal of exhausted solutions without introducing contaminating substances into the environment.

The system is configured in two stages:

- condensation

- neutralization

This unit has a wide range of applications, from the Kjeldahl method to neutralizations with acids or bases, allowing for the proper discharge of contaminating substances, preventing hazardous emissions in the laboratory and the environment.

The unit provides its maximum efficiency when combined with the JP pump from VELP.
