MEZCLADOR INDUSTRIAL TIPO PANTALONERA  

El “ATENEA” model industrial mixer is used to obtain a perfect homogenization of solid products with solids (in any proportion) and solids with liquids (maximum 10%), in powder or granular form.

It has a V-shaped body with two loading mouths and one outlet, with a knife-type valve to facilitate the discharge of the mixture. With the V-shape, by rotating the body 360°, axial currents are created inside that separate and unite the product to be mixed. This, combined with the radial mixing action, results in a very homogeneous mixture (in a ratio of 1 to 10,000 parts).

It is possible to add an intensifying bar inside the body, which disaggregates clumps and shortens mixing time. Through this intensifying bar, liquids can be added in a sprayed form (optional).

The finish is mirror polished with different polishing grades as required.

Mixing time varies depending on the complexity of the mixture.
