The ROTANTA 460 R enables efficient centrifugation in research and analysis laboratories. The centrifuge allows centrifugation times to be substantially reduced and is a reliable workhorse for high sample volumes and is ideal for high throughput screening. Its high-performance cooling ensures that the selected temperature is maintained.

An RCF of 6446 can be achieved in a swing rotor and a value of 24,400 in an angle rotor. The temperature can be adjusted to any value in the range of -20 °C to 40 °C (-4 °F to 104 °F). The centrifuge also has a cooling standby. Its excellent performance, reliable cooling, and complete range of accessories make this centrifuge the ideal choice for routine centrifugation runs.

Its maximum capacity of three liters per term makes it a valuable tool in clinics and analysis laboratories, as well as in R&D in life sciences institutions. A wide range of accessories is available for high-performance selection of new substances in research laboratories.

The ROTANTA 460 R is valued in the fields of biotechnology, microbiology, and the entire pharmaceutical industry due to its autoclavable accessories and aerosol-tight design. The centrifuge has a rotor with a maximum RCF of 6446 for centrifuging filter plates.
