TAMIZADORA INDUSTRIAL CIRCULAR - ZEUS

At FILTRA we manufacture the tamizadora ZEUS. This equipment is suitable for large productions in industrial screeningIt can be used for solid-liquid separation processes, for separating different particle sizes of the same product, in safety sieves for the removal of foreign particles, for the homogenization of particles, etc.

It allows a production of 100 to 25,000 kg/h depending on the product, the mesh opening, and the machine's feed rate. It is suitable for sieving from 36 microns to 25 mm.

Made of AISI 304 stainless steel (or AISI 316, upon request), it is equipped with a motor with eccentric masses that generates a three-dimensional movement facilitating the maximum sieving of the product. The adjustment of the masses allows regulating the behavior of the product on the mesh and the speed of sieving.

The bottom has a side outlet where the obtained product is discharged. The sieves can be ordered with or without product outlet. If choosing sieves with outlet, the sieving process it is automated: as the product enters, it also exits through the discharge mouths.

The ZEUS model supports up to 4 tamices with which up to 5 product separations are obtained. The possible diameters are: 550, 800, 1200, or 1500 mm. Optionally, it can be ordered with quick-clamp closures, lid, sight glasses on the lid and bodies, and wheels. If the sieve shaker is to operate in an area classified as a potentially explosive atmosphere, it is manufactured with ATEX materials and the corresponding documentation is provided. No special floor or foundation is required for its installation.
